i have a 01 pathfinder with about 110k anything above 40 when you accelerate a slight shimmy with the whole car and the same when you take you foot off the gas. its driving me nuts. any ides?

i know somebody is having or had this problem c'mon guys this is driving me nuts and all the mechanincs say they dont know whats up

sounds like the engine is unbalanced, you should take it back to the mechanic to see if re-balancing will fix the problem.

Check out this service bulletin, NTB00-061. I had this problem when my 01 was new and had the dealer apply this solution.
