Just noticed that the back lighting on all our dash switches is out. This includes the cruise switch, hazard flasher switch, the lights around the cigarette lighter, etc. The backlighting on the gauges is still on.

I have looked for a fuse in the fuse block but have not found anything burned. I imagine there must be a fuse somewhere.

Anyone know where I should look?

AFAIK those do not have backlighting to begin with. I've pulled quite a few switches and they have no allowance for it.

You are partially correct, not all the switches are lit, but there are a number of them that are. I actually replaced the tiny bulb in a couple of them last year. The ring around the cigarette lighter should also be lit. I guess for now we'll put up with a dark bezel - - just quite annoying to have to feel around for the switches at night.
