Hi, I am desperate to find a steering wheel for my '88 Pathfinder. I've searched at every on-line and off-line parts place I know of, and 6 months of eBay alerts haven't produced any results either. Any ideas on where to find a gray steering wheel for my '88? I think they were the same 87-90. I tried to make my car my avitar, but it wouldn't let me, so the pic is linked here for anyone who cares (since I bothered to take a picture just for this forum and all) :-)

If you're willing to shop around in Canada, try Ralph's Auto Wrecking. They're all over the lower mainland, Vancouver, Canada. Google them on the internet and look up their 1-800 number and give them a call. Last I looked, they had about 10 first generation Pathfinders in the lot and that was just at the end of summer.
Many Nissan wheels fit that, actually. A 240SX wheel might make a nice upgrade if you can find one without an airbag or without a popped airbag. Personally, I'd just get a nice Grant wheel and bolt it on.

'88 Pathfinder: 6" of lift, 33x13.50 Swamper LTB's, Rancho 9000's, L&P Stage 3 steering system, K&N, Pacesetter headers and 2.5" exhaust, Lock-Right locker, 110A alty and electric fan swap, dual batteries, 700W+ worth of PIAAs, etc.
I have always been a big fan of junk yards. My local u-pull-it usually has at least on pathfinder and I have never paid more then $10 for any one part. Another place try is:
It is an online service that sends part requests to junk yards around the country (you will then get e-mails from different yards saying if they have the part and usually what the cost would be). I found a replacement for the duck-taped sunroof that was on my Pathy when I bought it through them. You will pay a bit more for some of these parts then from a local yard but always less then a new part from Nissan.
I tried all the other suggested methods to no avail, and then after months and months one came in on my eBay watch list. It's not in the best condition, but it's way better than mine, and wasn't too much $$$.
