the automatic in my 94 xe shifts slow (taking 3000rpms to shift down) and my dad thinks that a new automatic tranny computer would help, and got one on ebay for 10 bucks. but i dont know where its located to find it? helP?

Passenger side rear wall panel under the back window. Should be a gold box with three legs just like your new one.

this may sound stupid, but how do i get to it? i open the little access panel and cant see anything that looks like the three legged computer i got off ebay.

Remove the wall panel? The whole thing, not just the taillight access panel.
