There are lots of them on Ebay. Some even have both low AND high beams. Basic HID's are low beam only IIRC. There's been some debate on how HID's work in a factory light housing as well, they weren't designed for HID use so they calibrated and designed around halogen bulbs, which may or may not be in the same exact position inside the housing as an HID bulb, which is slightly different.
In other words, changing the halogen bulb to a HID bulb may throw the focus of the headlight beams off. If it's off to the top side you may blind people at night and not be able to do anything about it.
I've never installed a kit though, so this is words from someone else's mouth, not mine.
