Hello,

I have a 2001 Pathfinder LE and the driver's side fog light was recently hit with a rock which created a hole and now the entire fog light housing is filled with water. I purchased a replacement fog light assembly but I'm not sure how to remove the old one to install the new one. Could someone possibly provide some instructions on how to do this or direct me toward maybe an online guide that shows how this disassembles? I've done some investigation under the front bumper but nothing stands out in terms of how to remove the fog light.

If it's the way I think it is, the foglamp is mounted in the front bumper cover. Next to the lamp is an ornamental plastic finisher. Pop out the finisher with a flat-bladed screw driver to expose two 10MM head bolts. Remove the bolts and the foglamp will slide right out.

It's super easy to remove.

I use the glass (gently) as a lever for the screwdriver. The plastic piece pops right out.
