Hi guys
Today I was driving my recently bought Pathfinder 2001 LE and I notice that the battery light and the brake light in the dash board panel were iluminated. Check everything brake tail lights , turn the car off and restarted fine with no problems.

Any advice please.

This is an indication that there is an issue with the charging system. Have the battery and charging system tested.

Yup, alternator is likely shot. Have it checked before it strands you on the side of a busy freeway.

Thanks for your response and yes it was the alternator, but is it normal that the radio stop working , all the panel indicator lighs going on and off and speedometer up and down?
