Z18et manifolds on Z24 motor???

Hi,
Im looking for more horsepower out of my mega slow and gutless 1989 Z24 nissan pathfinder 4x4 without a motor change, and am wondering if it's possible to put the exhaust manifold with turbo from a Z18et onto a Z24? also can i use the efi manifold from the Z18 aswell?
Im new to the Z motors and don't know anything about them. any info would be helpfull.
cheers

I really doubt it. The ports wouldn't match, for one...what did the Z18 come in?

Im pretty sure they came out in the S110 Nissan Silvia and 910 Nissan Bluebird.
I wouldnt mind grinding the ports so they would match. (providing there was enough steel there.
I pretty much need to know if the bolts and stuff would match up and would there be much to be gained from this.
thanks

No idea. I think you'd have to either look at pics for comparison purposes or just plain find one to compare to.

Starting to sound to hard. are there any other ways to beef up the motor to get a few more pony's out of it.
Also since mine is the carby motor there is a different smaller computer under the drivers seat (has four wires going into it) which doesnt seem to do anything at all. there is a sticker on it saying ENG-REV or something. I did a few tests with if like disconecting it and starting the car and all seemed good then pluged it in still all good. any ideas of what it is used for? maybe it's stuffed.
cheers

You're sure it's carbed and not TBI? All the 87-89's in the US were TBI.

Yep i am 110% sure that it is a carby motor. because i have taken it off and cleaned oce before. this car is an Australian version. the computer under the seat has no LEDs or anything it's just a little black metal box sitting there. I have traced the four coloured wires and they definatly go to the carby. kinda strange.
