No Brakes!

Hey forum, Heres my story..Driving home from college, went to hit my brakes..Peddle goes almost to the floor before catching..Continues to drive home, sometimes it would have a good peddle, sometimes not..I thought the master cylinder was bypassing..Replaced it with a new one, bench bled it..Drove another week everyday..Everything seems fine, now it's doing it again?..I am almost convinced that it's a/both wheel cylinders because it's like the rear isn't catching...Also..No leaks at all..??.any ideas?..I bled them again, hoping it was just air in the lines...Maybe that fixed it, we'll find out tomorrow.!..Peace..

First thing to check would've been if there are any leaks in the system, including wheels cylinders, calipers, hoses and possible rotted brake lines. Did you pull the drums and see if there was any brake fluid or gear oil in the drum? Did you adjust the rear brakes?
