Trip meter > odometer

I just got a 03 Pathfinder LE, the odometer reading is 62K; once I got home I noticed the
B trip meter(there are 2 trip meters A & B) has a reading of 82K.

My question is how can the trip meter reading greater than the odometer reading?
Has the odometer been rollback?

I was pretty sure the tripmeter read 82000, as the "8" lines up with the "6" from the odoemter. I could be wrong thou, I'm going to check to see if the tripmeter reset itself.

Thanks.
