Question 98 Pathy - Load Sensing Valve; broken bracket

My LSV bracket attaching the spring to the axle is broken. Anybody know if this is a normal dealer part or am I off to the junkyard? After figuring out what was hanging down I'm not sure I've ever run across a Load Sensing Valve on any other vehicle I've owned. Interesting concept. Did a search and turned up only two threads. Anybody have success welding it back together? Thanks for responding.
