Vg30 engine help needed
On the distributor there is a connector with 4 wires, Black, Red, Green, White.
Can anyone tell me what each wire is for ?

Anyone who can measure this for me perhaps ?
Mainly interested in the + and - wires and if it is 12v or 7v.

From my 88 FSM:

Black with white stripe is 12VDC with ignition on.
Green with yellow stripe is 1 degree signal output to ECU.
Green with black stripe is 180 degree signal output to ECU.
Black wire is ground.

Measured them from a running motor.
If anyone is interested, they are as follows:
Black - Earth
Red - 12v
Green - 5v
White - signal
