3rd brake light_2001 pathfinder

hey there everyone. i will admit first off that i am here seeking some help more than anything. i had no idea that these nissan forums existed until i started doing some looking around.

anyway, i love my feender and have a problem i need to solve. if anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

so long story short i broke my 3rd brake light located on the rear window. i was loading some boxes in and did the lazy thing and did not open the rear gate. well one of the boxes got caught on the 3rd brake light fixture and it snapped. the light broke off from the window leaving the brackets on the window.

anyone know where to find a replacement assembly? i guess i would need the light fixture with the bolts that go through the window as well as the wiring that would hook back into the electrical system.

any help would be greatly appreciated as i imagine it would cost a couple hundred (maybe more) to take it to the dealership.

best bet is to go to the junkyard, or check ebay for spare parts. maybe you could even call some shops if your area see if they can order a generic replacement if anything.

Call a dealership and ask for a price instead of guesstimating and not calling.

thanks for the responses. i appreciate it. i have checked ebay and was not able to find one but i am going to call the dealership today and a couple of junk yards.
