OEM Bose Stereo Max-volume not loud enough

I have a 99.5 Pathfinder with the OEM Bose Stereo and speakers. With the stereo volume at the max, the music is not loud enough. I want to keep the Bose unit and want replace speakers but want MORE VOLUME. Anyone have any insight on how to get more volume?

Thanks
Jeff

well if you want to get the most out of the sound in your pathy.

I would suggest you ditch ur stock speakers and look into a nice set of comps and a decent amp to push them.

an amplifier is an external amp (aside from the headunit) that 'amplifies' the signal allowing your speakers to sound louder and clearer.
