Oxygen Sensor Replacement

When I replace my rear O2 sensors (heated) in my 01 PF, do I need to replace an O2 sensor NUT? also, do I need gaskets? I am getting new O2 sensors soon. Need to make sure I dont need more parts when I actually do the job.

Thanks for all your help.

Nope. No gaskets, no nuts. Just an O2 sensor.
