In my 1992 Nissan Terrano there is a thud when I have full lock and im going over bumps, does anyone have any ideas what it is

I had the same problem with my pathfinder, turned out to be my truck nuts whacking the bumper. I didnt feel it, but my pathfinder had tears in his headlights.

Could be the front crossmember bolts needing a re-torque. Try that.
