when u move the switch can u hear the vents opening/closing/moving..

if its all quiet and u move my switch u can literally hear the vents opening/shutting

if u cant hear it, maybe the whole contraption moving them is broken...not sure tho

I'm gonna say from my little experience on HVAC systems that it's the heater core stopped up.I just recently fixed this on a Ford Taurus and another type of car..You should also check the heater hoes coming out of the firewall..Check them for crimps, cracks, and see if they are brittle and crunchy like when you squeeze em'. This usually indicates a rusted or stopped up hose..If you could locate the inlet and outlet to and from your heater core, try flushing your water hose or something through it to see if water is flowing freely..This is a great way to tell if the heater core if stopped. If this doesn't help..You may have a stuck thermostat..Does you temp hand work?..Hope this helps..Peace

Could also be that you have a coolant leak and there's not enough left to flow into the heater core...in which case you'd best check into that.
