2000 Pathy Ping

I have a 2000 Pathy SE with 81, 000 miles. Here's my problem:
When the Pathy is weighted down with people and stuff in the back the Pathy makes a ping sound when I go over bumps and when I accelerate. It also emits a squeaky .Once in a while ( depending on the bump in the road) it may ping without the weight in the back. I changed the suspension in th back but it did not help. Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be?

There may be a TSB relating to these noises... the ping is most likely a low grade of fuel....and could use a tuneup......
