Rancho struts - good, bad or ugly?

I am going to upgrade the struts on my '98 XE. I am considering going with the Rancho RSX17000 Series all the way around, polyurethane bushings and re-using the stock springs.

Anyone have experience on these Rancho struts, or comments on them?

Also... any thoughts on re-using the stock springs, or would it be a wise move to go to a progressive-rate spring? I am probably going to be 90% street, 10% off.

Thanks -
Jeff

They're good. I haven't heard any complaints about them and I personally run Ranchos on my truck. Springs: depends on personal choice. Stiffer springs will make your on-road ride bumpier, particularly with the Ranchos.
