They're on the adjuster brackets for each accessory, except the AC. Get in there with a light and take a look. If you have the stock skidplate on, take it off and look from underneath, it will all be fairly apparent where everything is. For the AC belt, the uppermost idler pulley has it's own adjuster. Loosen the bolt in the center of the pulley then unscrew the bolt on top of the bracket to lower the pulley and loosen the belt.
