Neons/LEDS in an 01 Path?

Anyone put neons on the R50 pathfinder yet? I'm looking to do that to mine, I already have some for the inside (under the dash), but I'm trying to decide what to do for the underbody on the outside

There is a person in ITALY named fabio Menicucci who is a specialist in doings mods over stock cars . What he does is the rear pathy lights is filled with LEDS and the existing interiors of the lamps are completely removed . Each rear light is composed with 40 - 55 high powered red LEDs and each box has a small circuit box where the resistors and trhe stabilizing voltage circuit . With two small switch on the plastic box you can select two different configuration light. The design config are 1. Full blown LED lights and other one is Ring type LED lights, and this only the leds on the external ring function as brake and position light, and the others are turned off.
Samples of the two configs are here below with links and photos.
Please note the car sample is a FIAT Coupe
