I went out and bought the H9 bulbs to see how much of a difference they made. They are 65 watt bulbs but i'm not to worried about it. The mod to make them work only took a few minutes and I'd have to say they are quite a bit brighter. The headlights are sylvania silverstars and the foglights are just sylanias. The H9 bulb is in the left foglight, if you couldn't tell.

Examples:

I'm going to be installing a set of Piaa 540's on my Westin Bull Bar. I have an 06 Frontier and I would like to know if you would share with me how you routed your wiring and any access points through the fire wall for the toggle switch wiring. I will be buying the complete kit which includes, the lamps, toggle switch, relay, wiring. I planned on mounting the toggle on the blank knock out next to the cargo lamp switch (low and left of the steering wheel) as it sounds like you did. I'm very savvy in regards to the electrical aspect but any information you can provide in regards to the wire rounting, where you mounted the relay, toggle, etc as well as any caveats would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

[quote=mpbclutch33]Here is mine. I went to Radio Shack and picked up a Red rocker switch and mounted it in the extra speace next to the rear cab light swithc on the lower left of the dash.....

BTW. Very Nice Set Up! This is exactly what I want to do with my Frontier. All I'm missing is the lights.
