Buying a used Pathfinder is it a good deal?

My G20 died on me so I got this guy holding on to a 94 Pathfinder for me. The price is $2400, no rust, keyless entry, moon roof, 4x4, 5spd, 111k miles, tow package. Does this seem like a fair deal to you all? I need to finalize things by Mon. or Tue.

I think it's too cheap! I'd be really skeptical about this one. For that year, the prices around Vancouver would range from $4000 - $6000.

The price sounds right, but are you sure you want one?

I agree with NPath, something hidden. I got rid of my 94, albeit a trade in, and got $1300. Mine was 2WD and had 261K miles.

If it checks out OK, that's a heckuva deal.

I just wanted to make sure it was a decent deal, I know what the book values are but sometimes prices are a bit different in the real world. Its a friend of a friend deal so I trust the seller a little more than some stranger.

Is there something I should know about Pathfinders? I know the fuel econimy isn't so good. I just wanted to be able to pull things around and haul chicks comfortably.

The back seats aren't real roomy, but they should be find for chicks.

If you got chicks back there, fold the seats down!

sounds too cheap... a good quality Pathfinder of the same year is 3800 to 4600 here in poor ARKANSAS.

REMEMBER TO CHECK UNDER THE REAR FENDERS for RUSTED FRAME!!!

Ok, I picked up the pathfinder. It has a couple little issues that I didn't think were deal breakers. So I have a couple questions. I've replaced the radio with an aftermarket system, should all 8 speakers be working? I can't tell if the tweets are. Also I have the no dash lights problem that I have been reading about. I know the taillights and dash lights are wired together but if I have tails will my rear brake and turn signals still operate?

Alright, I've gotten everything in order. I have to get a state inspection tomorrow but I need to get my foglights working or I wont pass. I have the dealer installed foglights so I don't really know where to look for trouble. I want to think its a relay or fuse but I have no idea where to look. Anyone who can help me gets 50 beans
