The need has arisen for me to get a roof bag for an upcoming trip. The Thule bags look ok, and aren't that expensive, but I can't figure for anything whether or not they will mount up as is.
My roof rack looks like the one in this photo:

These are the bags I'm looking at.

Thule Nomad
Will I be ok with one of these on that rack or will I need other parts?
Any other suggestions or opinions? I'm trying to stay under $150 if possible.
