It's probably a little more involved than the ones you've worked on before. Normally the rotor attaches to the front of the hub or is merely held on by the rim, so removing the wheel and caliper gives you good access to remove the rotor. On the pathfinder the rotor is attached to the back side of the hub, requiring the removal of the hub. Good time to inspect and repack the bearings while you're in there. You might try searching for past posts on bearings since that would discuss removing and reattaching the hub and replacing the rotor would just be an extra step.
