Weathertech cargo mat - did I get screwed?

I searched this site to see what people liked and generally it came down to 3 - the weathertech, the husky or the cargoliner. I went with the weathertech and for $130 shipped, I'm not sure I'm thrilled with it.

Here's the whole layout

it's in 2 pieces which I knew - and am cool with - but the seam that connects them doesn't feel like it will stay together

And what's with the shape? This is the front left corner - you can see it curves - maybe to not cover the tie down? But then it leaves an area behind the seat exposed

and last, this is the right rear corner which does NOT have a cut out for the tie down.

it just seems bizarre. And I checked the box 5 times and it does say 2005 pathfinder and later.

anyone else feel like this?

THANKS.

I have the same. I asked the same questions. its like that. I go with...you pay what you get.
I hoped that it would be a better fit, but its not.
everything you describe and have encounter is like that.
I have to check with that corner on mine. I think they might have mis-calculated the corners.
what I did with the seams was placed something heavy there to get it flat. it does not snap into place. the side where the net is, you can cut it so its flat, but i wouldn't. remember the edges is designed to catch and hold and liquids or spill if they were to occur.
I was upset at first, but now accept the way it is because Nissan does not make an OEM kind.
now when is that darn retractable cargo cover ever gonna come out!!!
MtnBikerChk, what else have you done?
