'01 Cats covered at 77500 miles?

I'm getting 1130, 0430 and 0420 codes after having the head gaskets done. I've reset the codes several times and they keep coming back. The one I'm most concerned about is the Catalytic codes.

Will Nissan cover the cats as I'm not yet to 80k miles?

Anyone else had a similiar experience?

Thanks!

It is covered to 80K miles. However there are words in there to the effect that they will only replace stuff if you fail emissions, and provided that you are required to pass emissions in wherever you live in order to drive your vehicle legally. I'm not exactly sure what that means, and if the dealer will replace the CAT or not based on a OBDII code and diagnostics, but I'd like to know too.

i recently had all three of those codes on my 01 pathy. for the 1130 i replaced the intake valve timing control position sensors (both for good meassure) $65 only available at the dealer. that code went away by itself after a few days and i had alot more power as it works like v-tec in a honda to put it in perspective. as for the 420 and 430 code there is a tech service bullitan about those codes saying "DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS FOR THESE CODES". it also says that the ecu needs to be reproggrammed. i talked to my service manager and he said that for $85 they would reproggram my computer and that 90% of the time the codes will not come back and if it does before 80000 miles they will replace any exhaust parts under warranty. my ecu was reproggrammed and i have not got the code back.
