When to worry about low idle?

I have an '01 Pathfinder that idles between 600 and 650. It's been there for a couple of years now - from time to time I feel the engine run a bit rough, but it doesn't last more than a few seconds.

Am I being paranoid? Last spring the thing suddenly seized up and I had to fork out a grand to replace all six engine coils. Could this be indicative of a larger problem?

It may be nothing, but could be a dirty sensor (MAF, O2 most likely) or fuel filter or injectors.
