95 pathfinder snow wreck

ok so i cracked up my pathfinder in the snow storm this weekend (slid into a pole) the whole front end passenger side is pushed in....need a new bumper, a new grille, new lights on the passenger side, a new hood and a new passenger side fender. i know nothing about automobile repair, however i could maybe sort of figure things out as i go if it would save a ton of money(something i dont have all that much of), i figure i have about three options:
1. buy the parts myself and attempt to do the repairs myself....
2. bring the car somewhere and have them buy used parts for it and repair it....
3. bring the car somewhere and get all new parts and have them repair it.

my question is will places use used parts or not? and if i decided to go with number one will those repairs be all that hard?? and does anyone have any idea how much parts and labor should cost w/out me getting screwed over if i went with number 3. thanks alot

I recently did a new hood, right front fender and front bumper. They were dented from my bushbar pushed into my hood and bumper. You will also need the brackets that hold on the front bumper. They were the most difficult part since they were bent. I spent about a day non stop working on everything. Just take your time, find all the nuts and bolts holding everything on and figure out the order everything has to go on and you should be fine.

You can find fenders all over the internet, you may just need to get them painted. A new hood will be the most expensive part, but you may be able to find a used one or one that needs to be painted. A new bumper cost me 120 CND from nissan and the brackets where 20 each. The lights are available on EBAY.

The cheapest way would probably be for you to purchase used parts that do not need work, including painting. Going with new parts may be cheaper than used if any body/paint shop work is required since used parts will require more preparation.
I'd also suggest new tires and now I can finally recommend Yokohama Geolander AT +II for snow in addition to the rain and mud. They are a little noisy on dry pavement, but not too loud.

another good snow tire is the Cooper Discover ATR M+S. I just got mine for a 100 bucks each and they are awsome in snow, yet great on the highway.
