greetings,
i am struggling here. after having the SES light on for a couple months i went to the local Auto Zone, they pulled a 02 sensor code sold me the front passenger one, installed it, and of course it didnt do the trick.

had the code pulled again at another AZ and read it for myself; P0161 - 02 Sensor 2 Bank 2. replaced the wrong one. oh well, bought the rear one and just installed it and SES light wont go away. i left the battery unplugged while working and first restart it didnt come on, but the second time it did.

what else can it be? clogged cat? god i hope not.

i now understand that the P0161 is a heater circuit malfunction, so replacing the 02 sensors wouldnt do anything :-( $150 later and im guessing.

anyone?
