First off, quit driving it.

1. Verify that it is NOT in 4 Wheel Drive.

2. Block of the rear wheels (so it does not roll in either direction).

3. Jack up the frount end and place jack stand under it.

4. Verify that the brakes are not seized.

5. Take vehicle out of park.

6. Spin each wheel and locate problem.

7. Take apart one wheel at a time, verifing if the axel shaft spins.

Look at the lock out hubs, bearings, half shaft(if you have any).

If those are not the problem you can jump to removing the transfer case drive shaft (or you can do this before other steps?) and see if that frees up the frount wheels.
