My only guess would be to take it to a dealer or to a shop and have them calibrate it. 110 in a pathy=? I don't know, but it can't be good.

Have you tried to disconnect the battery overnight? It's a shot in the dark not knowing what year your talking about!

What year is your Pathy? If it's '92 (I believe this was the cutover year) or older, the speedometer is mechanical and may need to be cleaned. If it is newer, does it go to 0 when you turn the ignition off? If not, it still sounds like a mechanical problem, cleaning may work. If it does go to 0 when off, then jumps to 20 when the ignition is turned on, it is most probably an electronic problem in the unit and will likely need to be replaced.

Then it's mechanical and either dirty or worn.

I've heard that if you take her up to 160, it will automatically re-calibrate itself. Try that.

160 was for '87-90, I believe in '91 the reset speed is 200.

No. it's a joke. There is no such thing as resetting a mechanical speedometer. Geez.
