05 Pathy gauges "jumping" after shutting off car

Hi all. I have a strange issue and was wondering if anyone else had noticed anything like this. About 3-5 minutes after I turn off my 05 Pathy, all the gauges "jump". The speedo goes up to about 5mph, then below 0 then back to its resting place. All the gauges do this, not just the speedo. Anyone else???

I think I saw it do that a couple of times (out of the corner of my eye). Since they are all electronic, I figure it is calabrating. Or a discharge of electric current. I'am not to concerned.

I guess if others are doing it too it is not a big deal. I am going to have the dealer look at it though.

Taking it in on the 11th. I have a long list of things for them to look at so they might have it a couple days.

Well, the dealer called me last night and said they have resolved the gauges jumping with the VDC software upgrade.
Have any of you guys that have the jumping gauges had the VDC recall done? If so, I need to watch it closely so I can raise a

LOL, you might be right. I took mine in this summer(for service) and they did do a new "flash" to "correct some problems" and you know I dont think I've seen it happen in a while now. So that might be the cure.

Guess I will have to watch it again. They listed on my service printout that they were not able to duplicate it after the VDC flash.

I have an 05 Frontier and the same thing happens after turning the truck off and sitting with the key in the ignition for about 30 seconds or so.

Kind of strange.

Same thing happens in all Titans also. This has been discussed on several of the Titan websites. It seems that all newer nissans (04+) do this. Don't know why, just know it is considered "normal"
