Ghost in my car?
I have a weird thing on a 98 Pathy LE. When I'm going down a moderate grade in 2nd, with an auto trans, and the rpms are about 1500-1600 or thereabouts and I'm using engine braking, with my foot off the gas, every so often the car will accelerate by itself to about 1900-2000 rpms, for just a moment, and then go back down to 1600.
Other than that, the car runs fine, except that the idle is a little high - 1000 or so, after the guy took off the intake manifold to get at one of them pesky coolant hoses that Nissan seems to love hiding.
