Is it worth it to get a warranty?

I could spend around $800 and get a warranty, but is it worth it? Does these trucks have any major problems as long as they're well maintained?

I have a 99.5 w/ 100,000, one-owner woman-driven and well taken care of.

No, extended warrenties are rarely worth the purchase price....
