I just purchased a nice 2001 pathfinder. However i just noticed something wrong with the air vents. When im driving and have the air on, when i turn the air off the bottom vents start blowing. When i come to a stop, it stops blowing and when i start moving again it starts blowing again. The only time i can get it to stop is when i turn the air on and select the top vents or when the car is not moving. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated

This is the wrong section for this, but to answer your question: Its the selector setting for outside air/recirculating inside air (button with a u shaped arrow). Set it to recirc the air in the cabin.
