I should have said the kit is for 05's. Alot of us were waiting for one. Some of us chose to buy a kit from a different manufacturer. K&N sent me an e-mail about the new intake and I wanted to share the information with those who have not purchased an intake for their 05's yet.
For both. Same engine.

mtsman Thanks for your info. I just bought my 05 Pathfinder last Saturday and K&N has always been my first mod on all of my cars/trucks
you could buy it from AJUSA.com, for $38, K&N just added the 05 Pathfinder and Xterra filter number to their web site, #33-2286.
