no its nothing racist, its just a comedy sketch. sumarry for the guys who cant view it. its a fake BBC interview of iraqi insurgents and the leader gets pissed off because they're putting subtitles under what he says but under anyone else. so he starts raving about how he speaks english well enough to not need subtitles and what not. its about subtitles, not about the war. lol
