It's the same gas...only thing is the automotive grade comes with like a little sulphur or something so people don't inhale it. I'd like to be able to get medical grade around here, there's only auto grade though Oh yeah, I want it for my car...what am I complaining for, heheh

There are shops that will sell you the medical grade. At the teamslow meet this last weekend a guy with a 91 SE-R had medical grade nitrous, he said the shop he goes to sells it all the time.
