she had no recolection of the incident because she was ed up. Body Guards arent above the law, he should he prosecuted.

Just because someone has a bodyguard doesn't mean the nobody can do anything to them, it was just a picture of her coming out of a nightclub. A bodyguard is just there to guard against bodily injury or threats.
