Those of you who are offended by Hal's comments need to realize this is the off topic forum and shouldn't be taken seriously. There's a reason why threads here don't show up when viewing the new posts listing. It's Hal's nature to be an asshole, and if he steps out of line outside of OT he knows Adam has his finger on the ban button.
I would be surprised if anyone worth mentioning in the government would know what a sovereignty is.
It was a loaded question meant to make Bush look stupid. Believe me, I know he's not the smartest out there but tribal sovereignty is not something politicians are worried about right now.

He really didn't do a good job of answering the question. But it was a pretty stupid question to begin with. I think GW wanted to say, "We won't do anything, YA'LL are on your own. Thats the idea of sovereignty"
