The Canadian Pennies one is slightly wrong. It isn't "illegal" to pay over 25 cents in pennies for a transaction, but the other party has no obligation to accept them.

I think I might have to disagree on the youngest pope being 11. Typically, popes are chosen from cardinals. It takes about 7 years to become a priest, a long time (you have to be chosen) to become a bishop, and another long time to become a cardinal. Just saying you were the most educated and holiest boy in the world.. you would have to be able to be fluent in latin and scripture by 9 years old. Enter the seminary at age 2.

It is possible to go directly from a lay person to cardinal, but that's rare and almost never happens. And even then, it's chosen from among holy people with established lives. At age 11, a child hasn't even gone through confirmation classes yet!
