No no no. You have to go running around a power yard in the rain, opening things and such. It'll give you a great buzz!
And I have the sudden erge to armor all my tires and hit the freeway during a rain storm... maybe I'll go faster! Yeah! That'd be cool! and then when I hit a 2 degree corner at 110 Kph, I'll see how many time I can roll the car after going off the edge of the road!
Yeah... that's kinda stupid though. I don't blame him for it, people do stupid things all the time... he'll just be way more careful in the furture, or so we all hope. However it's when you KNOW something and do it anyway that makes you really stupid.
That was the funniest post I have read in a long time. Think he'll try it again? Sounds like something a Civic driver would do. Thanks for sharing that thread with us.
This does sound like something a honda person would do...I thought the average intelligence of an Alteeza/IS 300 owner was higher than one of a honda owner...but what can I say? Stupid people drive all sorts of cars. I can't believe someone would AA the tires on their car, and then go out driving in the rain with TC off...good God...this person needs some COMMON SENSE.
On another note, I'm moving this to Off Topic

thats so "focking" stupid. Seriously... if that kid is THAT stupid, how did he afford something that utilizes traction control? Must be like a Homer Simpson vs. Frank "Grimey" Grimes thing. I like how those kids talk about how driving with traction control off in the rain is difficult or something. Damn, if i only had the luxuries, i guess i would be spoiled as well. But thats coming from a kid who doesn't even have a working speedometer, any air conditioning, or power steering for that matter. Ahh... the amenities.
I love this quote by the armor all king as well
Quote:
why don't you meet somewhere tomorrow night and tell me and my boys about it, brah.
I think "internet thugs" are hilarious. There are a couple of them on this forum as well as i have unfortunately witnessed. I can't believe some people think they are THAT bling bling, yet they still hang out on forums. If i was THAT bling bling, i would be rollin in my six fo impala on my deuce duece dubs, and be slappin some hoez while frontin my ice to some new prospectin biatches fo sho nameanza?!? HA!... Kids with their media these days....
side note: I do not actually own a "six fo impala". It was merely used as a reference to a future ride I would have if i was bling blingin it up.

As for traction control, I'm also not lucky enough to have such luxuries. I drive an 85 Toyota Corolla in the rain, ice and snow and I do fine. Even without the armor all (j/k).
well i was thinking i'd grab some vasoline, bacon fat and grease, and baby oil on my tires wait till a hurricane comes up and go driving a buck 5 down the intersate, this sounds like such a good idea
I accidently put too much of that stuff on my tires once and it dripped onto my tred (what was left of it anyway cuz my tires were practically balled) and when I took off like a grandma my tires even spun, let me say I had a bitch of a time cleaning it off of my tires so I wouldn't of ended up like that moron...
