Went to work today (Starbucks ) and the temperature inthe store was 84 degrees and really humid. Customer's glasses were fogging up when they came in the store. Myself and my co-workers were sweating so much, it was disgusting. ugh I've just been recovering from a terrible cold so this is NOT what I need. I thought I was gonna puke or passout.

84 degrees and really humid ya say? I feel yer pain about being sick at work, but if you think that's hot let's hope you never have to visit the southeastern US in the summer.

yeah, it was really nice outside today here in texas, which is a surprise. but i know your pain. at my old work, it was in the 80s-90s in the kitchen where i was at, and we about died of heat stroke. we would jump into the freezer to cool off it was so hot back there. then you come home smelling like beans, rice, and grease (mexican food place) along with being sweaty. not a fun time.

It snowed last week. That's a BIG change in temperature. And 84 was the ambient temperature. Two coffee brewers, 3 urn heaters, and one big mother fucker of an espresso machine throw ALOT of heat. It's also a pretty physical job because we are always moving and on our feet. We were taking turns standing in the fridge to cool down.
