Those of you who are offended by Hal's comments need to realize this is the off topic forum and shouldn't be taken seriously. There's a reason why threads here don't show up when viewing the new posts listing. It's Hal's nature to be an asshole, and if he steps out of line outside of OT he knows Jeff has his finger on the ban button.

Definitely does look like a Middle Eastern country (I have no clue which though). My guess is it's either 1) spoiled kids with super rich parents or 2) some rich doods with too much money to blow. Poor car.

I did a close analysis of that video some time ago. It is indeed in an Arabian country, most likely one of the ones that surround Israel (aka not an oil rich country).
They were probably rich kids with too much money, because if it was a rich country, you'd see elegant, high-rise buildings instead of the dilapidated ones in that video.
