I'd make sure to torque the bolts that hold the header to the block TO SPEC... or you'll risk breaking a stud. This wouldn't be the end of the world but just an eyesore (hopefully at most). Same goes for the O2 sensor(s), they are too costly to risk messing up. Just be careful, use the FSM for torque specs and you shouldn't have a lot of trouble, then again I'm not familiar with the Alty engine bay: not sure what is in your way.
