i don't know what they were thinking! I saw that years ago. it's funny, in that way that messed up stuff like that sometimes is.

HA! Thats what the brits get. Maybe itll cover up the smell of them stank ass french people near by...then again...it may not be that strong.

normally it vents to the atmosphere unless there is a blockage and then pressure builds until the pocket of gas fails and depending on the pressure and whatnot *POP* or *KABOOM* (if it's big enuff)
