I'd say pay Electricity... You can always get water elsewhere, and bathe at a friends house. Phone is not a necessity... especially in my life. There is always phone cards if worse comes to worse. Car insurance you can sneak around without

Water. It's the giver of life.

Car insurance.. yeah, just sneak around... steal someone else' plates and insurance papers.
Phone? What's that? Is this anything like e-mail?
Electricity... well, sure it powers computers which give access to E-mail and information, but that's what public libraries are for! And there are TONNES of things to do without power! Anyone ever played the board game "Formula De"? Very fun racing game.

But water... it would be more troublesome to live with no water. Drink it, cook with it, clean with it, shit in it. Very important. After all, man lived for thousands of years with no Power/Phones/Cars. But never did he live a day without there being water on this planet.

*slaps himself* What was I talking about?

electricity. i cant live with out my home theater n computers . plus, i pay yearly for car insurance, and i can get as many of those 5 gallon spring water things from work, they keep a crap load in stock. i still live at home(19), so i only have a cell phone, and noone really calls me on it, its for emergencies only, which even without an active account, i can still dial 911

so yah, bring on the powah

its electric (boogie woogie woogie) only because:

a) you dont need water, bathe elsewhere and take dumps at your nearest mcdonalds
b) you might want heat or AC in your house at some point which electricity will allow
c) without electric how you gonna use power tools?
d) phone is not necessary
e) car insurance is for bad drivers.

Around here it never gets hot enough, or cold enough to warrent NEEDING ELECTRIC heat or ELECTRIC cooling. -10C last night, and gets up to about 38C (around 108F?) in the summer max.

Anyone ever heard of fire? Excellent heat source, no need for power. Just grab an axe and find flint. And if you had water... turn on the cool water, take a cold bath or just poor the water on you to keep cool.

If you didn't have water, you'd be taking more trips to the McD's for stuff than you'd expect. Unless you can afford to drink bottleded water, or get all your water from other sources (foods) which would seem unlikely because you're already too poor to afford much of anything else.

And what kind of man NEEDS power tools? I like to stick with good ol' elbow grease and non-powered tools... and I'm slightly disabled, too. :P

Car insurance is PROTECTION from bad drivers. Heheh...

But yeah... VOTE WATER, DAMNIT! STOP BEING DEPENDANT ON TECHNOLOGY!

Electric, cuase you can always dg a hole outside for a shitter, if you drive slowly enough you can get away with no inxurence, and the phone isn't a dire need for life.

This is kind of a weird one for me - my phone bill is more than my electric and water combined, and my car insurance is more than all three...

So seeing how we are assuming I have enough to pay the car insurance, I'll just pay phone, water, and electricity.

But then again, my water is not individually metered or controlled, so I could go without paying water for quite some time.

And just as important, if not more important is RENT.

Oh yeah, and I hope this isn't a serious question .

I say water. For everything else you can be a punk and just spend ALOT of time at your friends house for phone and electricity. And if you can only afford to pay only one of these your car is probably a POS so why pay insurance.

Car Insurance. If I was ever in a state that I had to choose one of those, I would be moving to the woods where I wouldn't need electricity, would hand pump water from a well, dump in an outhouse and would be so surly that no one would want to call me anyways. I would only need a beat up truck to run into town to get lamp oil, bullets, seeds, books from the library and other stuff.
