Electric cut-outs

Anyone ever used them? If so did you like them...

[Incase you don't know what they are it's a little device that goes in after the cat and it opens up letting more exhaust flow out...just wondering if anyone has ever used them?]

Thanks

I've never heard of them, but why not just get a test pipe made? I had one made for the sentra a long time ago in 3" and cost me $60. A direct bolt in, and takes 15 mins or less to install. Seems like that would make more sense than buying something that probably costs the same if not more to do the same type of thing.

it's basicly has a motor in it and you can open it up inside the car with a switch, it's really cool cause if you don't wanna be loud you don't have to! you flip a switch and it opens up...here is a link...

just wondering if anyone had used them. The whole point is you don't have to use perfomance exhaust, I don't think...

Oh okay, yeah I've seen those before. I was thinking you were altering the contents of the catalytic converter some how. My bad. I saw that on Horsepower Tv or one of those shows. Seems like a good idea... but is really pricey. I personally don't think it would be worth it.
