Hey guys, I need to get Insurance soon for my 99 Sentra GXE here in jersey. I know the car insurance rates here suck My parents are divorced and I live with my mom who I want to piggyback with, but her rates are like 7k a year, and also she says if i register that im a driver in the house that her insurance will go up just from that I talked to my dad about going on his insurance and he said that I can't do it since i don't live with him and also because if I DO piggy with him, if i get into a car accident and kill someone they could take the house away. Am i supposed to do???

Yeah i do have a job, a whopping 7 an hour If i were to get my own it would be at the minimum 2.8k a year, which is a BITCH Where do you live for 1800 for two cars?

Talk with the insurance company to see what you can do to reduce your rates. Petition your state goverment to help reduce the gouging.

When I had 2 cars with full coverage for less than $4000/yr.
